In this step, choose the lead resources you configured in Step 2. I’ve configured “Typeform” as it’s my primary lead source, but you have the flexibility to select from options like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and more.

Make sure to input the email addresses of your sales team members. This ensures they receive instant lead notifications whenever a new lead is submitted.

They do not need have any account on privyr and will get notified via Email.

Step 6: Selecting lead distribution type.

In the advanced settings options, as you can see in the above image you have two options i) Broadcast Mode ii) Round Robin Distribution.

With Broadcast mode, you can send the same lead to all recipients. But if you prefer each salesperson to receive unique leads and want to specify how many leads each person gets, choose Round Robin distribution.
